Workshops
How long does a workshop take?
Most workshops come as a half day or a full day (about seven hours including lunch). Some tracks consist of several sessions. Each workshop page lists the duration.
Where do the workshops take place?
On-site at your organisation, or with us in Utrecht (Dotslash, Europalaan 93, 3526 KP Utrecht).
Do I need prior knowledge?
That depends on the workshop. Each workshop has a level: beginner, advanced or expert. For tailored training we match the level to the group beforehand.
Which tools do we work with?
With the tools that matter now, such as ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot, and where it fits with automation tools like n8n. For tailored training we use the tools you already have.
Can a workshop be tailored?
Yes. We build training around your sector, tools and own cases, and set the level beforehand.
What does a workshop cost?
The price depends on the format, the group and how much tailoring is needed. After a short intake you get a proposal.
AI Act and AI literacy
Is AI literacy mandatory?
Yes. Article 4 of the AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025 to every organisation that provides or uses AI. Since the Digital Omnibus (in force 27 July 2026) it is a duty of effort: you must take measures, but you don’t have to guarantee a level per person.
Does everyone need a certificate?
No. The law doesn’t prescribe a certificate or a standard course. It is wise to record who had which training, so you can show it when asked.
Do you give legal advice?
No. We translate the AI Act and GDPR into practical agreements, checklists and training. The legal check is for your own lawyer or DPO; our documents are made for that.
Quick scan and diagnostic
What’s the difference between the quick scan and the readiness diagnostic?
The quick scan is free: five questions online, first advice straight away. The readiness diagnostic is a review with conversations inside your organisation, resulting in a scorecard, a board summary and a roadmap.
Do you store my quick scan answers?
No. The advice is calculated in your browser; nothing is sent to us.
