More time for the student — AI in your career guidance practice

A practical workshop for careers counsellors and career guidance coordinators in Dutch secondary education (vmbo, havo, vwo). You learn to apply AI to subject-profile choice, study choice and career conversations: tailored lessons and information sessions, parent letters in plain language and conversation preparation in a fraction of the time — without taking the choice away from the student.

    Guidance programme & materials

Design the curriculum, guidance lessons and reflection assignments faster, tailored per level and year.

Prepare and rehearse career conversations, record notes, and let students use AI as a sparring partner.

  4. 04

    Parents & privacy

Reach parents in plain language, with clear agreements on student data and GDPR.

What AI can change in career guidance

Thirty typical activities of school careers counsellors and career guidance coordinators, each at three levels: AI assists you, AI executes a defined task while you decide, or AI enables a different way of working. From the guidance programme and subject-profile choice to further education, enrolment and follow-up.
